Hello Friends!
We are keeping the party going. Join us the first Thursday of every month through September at the US National Whitewater Center for the River Jam featuring free live music in a spectacular outdoor setting. Bring friends and family to relax on the lawn with a great selection of food and drink from USNWC’s River’s Edge Bar & Grill. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on.

Meet in the grass near the bridge overlooking the river, we’ll stake our claim with a ski pole.
Location:
In case you have not been to the WWC before it is an amazing place. You will need to make your way from the parking lot to the main building. Behind the main building you will see the white water course. We will sitting in the grass near the bridge over the river – look for the ski pole.
Parking is $5 daily or $40 annually.

The Charlotte Ski & Snowboard Club will be announcing the 2011-2014 trip schedule. All members and future members welcome.

We start the exciting announcements at 7:00 pm, come early for complimentary appetizers and good conversation. (Don’t forget to give some extra time for parking).
We will be in the back room. The hostess can direct you.

It’s that time of year where the skiing is hard to come by so we find good reasons to go on beach vacations!

We are going to have our Annual Cookout/Awards on Sunday July 14th on Lake Norman. 11:15 – 3:00ish. Bring you bathing suit for the pool or the lake. Hamburgers, dogs and vegan food provided by the Ski Club as well as condiments and buns. Bring a side dish to share. BYOB. We will have the meeting Rain or Shine. Plenty to do if it’s raining.
