The snow is too soft, not deep enough, rain is forecasted, and the temp is not going to be at or below freezing for the near future. This decision was made by me, management at Appalachian, and French-Swiss.
The next practice is at App Ski Mountain on Jan 6th 6:30 PM – 9:30ish PM.
The next race is at Sugar Saturday, January 7th at 8:59 AM and January 8th at 8:59 AM
The Charlotte Ski & Snowboard Club is a member of the Crescent Ski Council, which is comprised of individual ski clubs in the southeastern United States ranging from West Virginia to Georgia. The Crescent Ski Council is a charter member of the National Ski Council Federation which is made up of twenty-four ski organizations representing one third of a million skiers belonging to ski clubs.
